Keeping official records organized and current is the responsibility of the Village Clerk. The Clerk registers voters and issues permits.
In addition it is the duty of the Clerk's Office to maintain accurate minutes of all Board of Trustee Meetings, including Executive Sessions and Special Board Meetings. The Clerk maintains updated ordinances and resolutions for the Village.

Voter Registration Information
To register, you must have been a Lincolnwood resident for 30 days, and you must bring two forms of identification with you.
- Voters must register at least 30 days before the election.
- Lincolnwood residents can register to vote at Village Hall.
- Call (847) 673-1540 for voting locations and any other additional information.
You can also visit the Cook County Election Department, David Orr - County Clerk online at voterinfonet.com. The link will allow you to register to vote online, obtain absentee application forms, find your precinct number and location.
