Consumer Rights

All residents of the Village and Illinois are protected by certain consumer rights. Issues and complaints are handled by the Illinois Attorney General's Office. Attorney General Lisa Madigan’s Consumer Protection Division protects Illinois consumers and businesses victimized by fraud, deception, and unfair business practices.
