Art Gallery

The latest Art Gallery display in Village Hall features paintings from artist Lucas McFadden. This display will be available for viewing during normal business hours, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday in March.

Artist Statement 

Lucas McFadden creates representational and often partially abstracted drawings and assemblages. Through the layering of marks and recyclables, Lucas’s aim is to reflect the beauty, complexity, and emotional depth of people and of their relational bonds. He draws inspiration from cherished relationships and from formative experiences while serving in under-resourced areas. Lucas McFadden lives with his wife and three energetic sons in Waukegan, Illinois, where he serves as Pastor of Christian Neighbors Church.
