Senior Fitness w/ Barb

This class is for those ages 55+ and focuses on strength, balance, endurance and stretching. Strength exercises build muscle; balance increases heart rate and breathing. Advanced registration is not required; this is a $3 drop-in class; pay at the door. Monthly calendars are always available at class. No class: 12/23, 12/25, 12/30, 1/1, 3/31, 4/2

Friday Afternoon BINGO and Coffee!

Enjoy a hot cup of coffee or tea and a sweet treat while you mingle with friends. BINGO will be played from 12:15-1:15pm with small prizes awarded. We will play the basic patterns along with some new variations, such as four corners and the letter X! Each card will be $1. Please pay in cash or coin.  Early registration is highly encouraged; there is no cost to register!

Chair Peace Yoga

Enjoy Gentle peach yoga movements and breathing techniques are practiced while seated comfortably in a chair. You’ll loosen tight muscles and joints, develop more flexibility and strengthen your body and mind. May Day Spring Celebration

Spring is finally here, so let’s celebrate the season of renewal, growth, and sunshine! We’ll start with painting and decorating our planters and while those dry, we’ll have lunch catered in from L Woods. After lunch, we’ll get to plant one flower and one herb for you to take home.
