The PC/ZBA is comprised of 7 members who are Village residents. There are currently no vacancies on the PC/ZBA. The members serve 3-year terms:

Commission Overview
The Village of Lincolnwood’s Plan Commission / Zoning Board of Appeals was created on January 1, 2025. It combines the duties of the previous Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals, which were dissolved. The Plan Commission / Zoning Board of Appeals serves as an advisory body to the Board of Trustees. The Plan Commission / Zoning Board of Appeals hears all applications for Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance, Variations, Special Uses, Subdivisions, and Planned Unit Developments.
