Community Development

Community Development is a multi-functional department responsible for administering Village building, zoning, development, sign and property maintenance codes. The Department undertakes long range planning and economic development initiatives, and manages related programs and projects. The Department also monitors the community for code compliance related to property maintenance.

Services provided by the department include plan review, permit issuance, construction inspection services, and code enforcement.
